At times we get so stressed out that finding inner peace becomes difficult for all of us. to find inner peace i have found 10 amazing tips to find inner peace:-
1) Set limits-
Start setting limits for the things that are least important for you. set a limited time for how much time you’re gonna spend on these things. For example, during your working hours you will open social media or your inboxes 2 times.
This type of limit setting will help you save your time and will make you less stressed out in order to finish your work. It also helps you to save more time for yourself as things will be managed properly.
2) Don’t collect unnecessary things in your mind-
Don’t pile up things in your mind. Especially those things which are said by others that say bad about you,the things which are troubling you just throw these things out of your mind. People don’t care what you are going through so just stay happy by yourself.
3) Find a technique that make you relax-
In this you can try breathing exercise to release out tension and relax your mind. Also some people also adopt techniques like listening to music, long walks, yoga meditation, bubble bath, watching movies, hanging out with friends and much more.
4) Use minimalistic workspace-
Make your workspace neat and clean. Avoid many files or papers on your working tables. It’s a sign of confusion and stress. Only keep those things on the table which are of use, rest of them keep in a cupboard in a proper order. Also avoid distractions such as phones on your working table. This will make you more focused on your work and also brings peace to your mind.
5)Be 10 minutes early-
Make a habit of reaching somewhere 10 mins early as it helps to be stress free and it avoids the tension of reaching early. This helps to maintain peace of mind and neglect misshapen or rushing.
6) Accept and let go-
To find inner peace one should not live in past times. Many of us keep thinking about some negative things that happened in the past – something someone said, something someone did – is still on your mind, then accept and let that feeling and thought in instead of trying to push it away.

whenever stuck in some problem or feeling stressed about something, leave everything at that moment and start taking deep breaths with your belly for two minutes and just focus on the air going in and out.
