What is law of attraction?
The law of attraction is the most dynamic law in the universe. It is a law which works every second and it always have an effect on our lives. Just like the law of gravity always pull us towards the surface of earth and works all the time same is with law of attraction.
The only difference here is that law of gravity is used to pull us towards gravitational pull of earth and law of attraction is working with our thoughts every single second. We are creating our future with every single thought. It never stops its work all the time so it all depend on your thoughts how you make your life with your own thoughts.
Law of attraction uses the power of mind to simply create the thoughts into reality. The thing you focus more will grow more. If a person focuses on positive things and his goals it will make his life a successful one. Similarly if he focuses on negative things ore he will be under the influence of negative things and it will worsens his life daily.
How it works?
In the New Thought philosophy, the Law of Attraction is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person’s life. The belief is based on the ideas that people and their thoughts are made from “pure energy”, and that a process of like energy attracting like energy exists through which a person can improve their health, wealth, and personal relationships. There is zero empirical scientific evidence supporting the law of attraction, and it is widely considered a pseudoscience.
Advocates generally combine cognitive re framing techniques with affirmations and creative visualization to replace limiting or self-destructive (“negative”) thoughts with more empowered, adaptive (“positive”) thoughts. A key component of the philosophy is the idea that in order to effectively change one’s negative thinking patterns, one must also “feel” (through creative visualization) that the desired changes have already occurred.
This combination of positive thought and positive emotion is believed to allow one to attract positive experiences and opportunities by achieving resonance with the proposed energetic law.
There are three principles of law of attraction:-
- Thoughts become things- it means whatever you are thinking whether it’s consciously or subconsciously all these thoughts will turn into things. It depends upon what you think and how it will affects you. There would be two ways these thoughts will depend one is negative and the other is positive.
- What you put your attention on grows stronger in life- this influence your life a lot the thing you focus more will grew. It totally depend on you what you want from life. Do not focus on what you don’t want in your life; most importantly instead focus on what you want from life. Think about your dreams and goals and try to manifest them.
- Like attracts like- it simply means the way you think you will attract that only. If you are happy, excited, enthusiastic, passionate, happy, joyful, appreciative, or abundant, then you are sending out positive energy. On the other hand, if you are feeling anxious, stressed out, angry or sad, you are sending out negative energy.
Universe will always respond to the law of attraction. Whatever a person thinks the universe will manifest it. Universe do not think that this particular thought is not good for the person. It always manifests person’s thoughts. This is completely depending on the person what his thoughts are connected with. There will be two possibilities either it will benefit the person or manifest negative things depending upon person thoughts.
How can we manifest law of attraction easily?
Many of us today are not able to achieve our goals, have you ever think of what is stopping us? It is our limiting beliefs which are updated in our mind from childhood. Limiting beliefs are those beliefs which stop us from achieving our goals. Such as – money is the root of all evil, rich people are mean, if a person is rich they can’t be, etc.
These beliefs don’t let us to achieve our goals. Consequently it also stop us from becoming a successful person in life.
To be successful in life and to increase the power of manifestation we use “Affirmations”.
Affirmations are autosuggestion or mantras right down repeatedly to bring about a desire type of change in our life. They bring positive change in our life, whatever mind conceives it can be achieved.
Some examples of affirmations are –I am getting better and better, I am successful, I make things work easily, I have people around me and so on.
Your energy frequency should be in tune with what you want in life. The life you want to create should match with the thoughts you think. The more positive and good thoughts you will think the more your life will be amazing.
Focus on what you want and you will get it. You can attract what your dream is. Its never too late to start. Life is like a journey the more we travel, faster we will reach our destinations.
